I’m renting out one room (30 m²) from March till September in a very nice 104 sqm flat in Berlin Charlottenburg with high ceilings (approx. 3.70). The only other resident (me ;) ) is currently a student .

The apartment has an inviting hall (15m long wooden floor), a large living room (> 30m ²) with a traditional fish parquet and an equally large bedroom (your room) with a large arched window (also fish parquet). The ceilings in both rooms are equipped with stucco.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 x 210), a round table in front of the big window arch and a spacious closet (2,50mx1,50m). Bed linen, Pillows and towels are provided. A TV can be added to the furniture, if requested. The apartment comes fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, free WLAN-access (internet connection) and phone (intercom only).

The kitchen is the jewel of the apartment, it is 18m² big and the table offers enough space for breakfast / lunch / work with up to 5 people. The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric stove, fridge, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, dishes, and kitchenware from wine glasses to frying pans: everything you need for a quick breakfast or a luxurious dinner.

The bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a bathtub. The toilet is separated by a partition from the bathroom and has its own sink & small mirror.

The apartment has access to very good transport connections. The subway can be reached within two minutes, and the S-Bahn in five-minute by foot. You can reach the Zoologischer Garten or centre of Berlin within short time at (approx. 10 min by subway). The location is convenient, in particular for TU students. You can reach your university within 4 station by subway (5-8 minutes).

Furthermore the apartment is located close to the exhibition grounds (Messe ICC), only 10 minutes by foot or 5 minutes.
Despite the urban views, there is a lake (Lietzensee) which can be reached within 5 Minutes by foot. The lake is surrounded by a beautiful park (big playground for kids), which comes very convenient if you wish to escape the urban scenery.

The entire building was renovated 4 years ago and has double glazed insulated windows (10cm thick) through which you can not hear the highway, where the apartment is located.

The room is available for rent from March untill September 2012 (girlfriend staying abroad). We are looking for a female roomate who is organised and very tidy.

Ich vermiete ab dem 01.März bis Ende August ein Zimmer in einer, sehr schönen 104 m², Altbauwohnung in Berlin Charlottenburg mit hohen Wänden (ca. 3,70 m) #

Die Wohnung hat einen einladenden Flur (15m lang Dielenboden), ein großes Wohnzimmer (>30m²) mit Fischparkett und ein gleichgroßes Schlafzimmer mit einem großem Fensterbogen (ebenfalls Fischparkett). Die Decken in beiden Zimmern sind mit Stuck versehen.

Das Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Doppelbett(2,20x1,80), einem großzügigen Schrank (1,5mx2,5m) und einem runden Tisch für bis zu vier Personen. Ein Fernseher kann bei Bedarf mit dazugestellt werden.

Im Preis mit inbegriffen sind freies WLAN 16000KB und Telefon (Festnetz).

Die Wohnküche ist das Schmuckstück der Wohnung sie ist 18m² groß und der Tisch bietet genug Platz zum Frühstücken/Mittagessen/Arbeiten mit bis zu 5 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkons die zur Nordseite ausgerichtet sind.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Elektrischen Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr und Gläser.

Das Badezimmer ist mit 2 Waschbecken, einer Waschmaschine und einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Toilette ist durch eine Trennwand vom Badezimmer separiert und verfügt über ein eigenes Waschbecken & einen kleinen Spiegel.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Die U-Bahn (U2 Kaiserdamm) ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar, sowie die S-Bahn (Messe ICC/Nord) in 5 fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichbar ist. In kürzester Zeit gelangt man am Zoologischen Garten bzw. im Zentrum vom Berlin. Der Standort ist vor allem für TU-Studenten ideal, da die Wohnung nur vier U-Bahnstationen von der Universität entfernt.

Das Berliner Messegelände (ICC) ist zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Lietzensee entfernt. Dieser ist umgeben von einem schönen Park (großer Kinderspielplatz) sehr gut geeignet um den Alltagsstress für ein paar Stunden bei einem Spaziergang zu entgehen.
Das gesamte Gebäude ist vor 4 Jahren renoviert worden und verfügt über doppelt isolierte Schallschutzfenster (10cm dick) dank welcher man die Autobahn, an der die Wohnung lokalisiert ist nicht hört.

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung vom 1. Oktober 2011 bis Ende Januar 2012 und suchen vorrangig eine weibliche, ordentliche und organisierte Mitbewohnerin
