A modern and functionally outfitted apartment, it is located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a 5-floor apartment building on a side street. It faces west and is therefore often naturally-lighted.
The furnishing is modern and consists of a double bed (1.6 meters wide), a sideboard with considerable storage space, a built-in closet, a small round table, two armchairs, a square dining table with two chairs, and a TV, radio and CD/DVD player in a housing unit.
The kitchenette is fitted with a refrigerator, stove/hob, sink, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dishes, pots and pans.

WLAN can be used free of charge.

The hosts live next door and are happy to assist with any problems.

The apartment is located in the city section of Striesen, not far from the Grosser Garten (ca. 10 minutes by foot). With approximately 15 minutes you can walk to the Elbe river. Good shopping possibilities are located on the Borsbergstraße nearby. The closest tram stop (Fetscherplatz) is located only 200m away. From there it takes 10 minutes to reach the city center (with tram 4 or 12) and 11 minutes for the main train station (with tram 10).
