quiet in the backyard with sunny balcony, 4th floor (no elevator): sleeping room with double bed, living room connects with open kitchen, spiral staircase leads from living room under the roof with lots of space for two additional people to sleep (seperate or together).
Balcony has space for 4 to sit and is sunny from morning to evening. Sleeping room has sun in the morning, living room and kitchen have sun from morning til late afternoon.

We are a familiy very pleased to welcome guests, living next door, german author and theater directer and greek air hostess with our 4 years old daughter. The appartment we offer connects to our own place through a double wing door which guest of course can keep locked.

The building is from 1904 and has been freshly renovated by 2008. The house is inhabited 'western international' - spanish, scottish, denish, israeli, italian, french, dutch - ok and a few german people live here, most of them successfully working in the creative sector. The house is very quiet, we don't disturb each other.

We chose this area quite distinctively: We love the atmosphere of Kreuzbergstr. and Bergmannstr. area with all their cafés and little shops and some very good restaurants, the market hall at Marheinike square etc. - where to find the best cake, the best shops, the coffee places with the best design, how to get to your favorite destinations and which are the best biergardens around - we'll be happy to tell you. It is the part of Kreuzberg which rather is dominated by a very international crowd of creative people. We also like very much Schoeneberg which has a complete different groove and charme, and is in a walking distance, with one of the most beautiful saturday markets and some great quarters to roam around.

Victoriapark, Bergmannstr., Technical Museum are in walking distance. Located between Kreuzberg and Schoeneberg, metro U7, S1, S25 (stations called Yorkckstr.) and some bus connections are close by.
