3-room-apartment (98 sqm, Schöneberg district) in a generous belle etage (raised ground floor) of a grand period building with high stucco ceilings. There is a very large living room with original fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for six people, and two cosy bed rooms with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200), a large convertible sofa-bed (150 x 200) and a loft-bed. Bed linen and towels are included.

There are two TVs, a hi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, free WLAN-access (internet connection), and generous space for luggage and clothes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with electric stove, fridge, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery, dishes, and kitchenware from wine glasses to frying pans: everything you need for a quick breakfast or a luxurious dinner.

In addition, a children's chair and a baby cot are available free of charge (by request).

You will find grocery stores for your daily needs nearby.

You will receive 2 sets of keys. There are free free parkings spaces in front of the house.

The apartment is situated in Schöneberg, a central area close to Kudamm, Berlin`s famous shopping mile and elegant promenade. You will live between city-west and city-east in an ideal situation between the interesting central areas of Kudamm and Potsdamer Platz. The apartment is also close to Tiergarten, Berlin`s largest city park, reputed to be one of the most beautiful parks in Europe.

There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby, as well as trendy areas and a lively cultural- and night-life directly on your doorstep. A large and beautiful market (Winterfeldmarkt) is also nearby, reputed to be one of the most interesting markets in Berlin.

You will meet the typical mixture of antiques shops, countless cafés and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galeries, antiquarian bookstores and small businesses. The many small and medium shops in the area offer a diverse shopping experience.

Berlin has an extensive public transport network. Due to the flat’s central location, a lot of visitors leave their cars parked or don't even come to town by car at all. Many of the tourist attractions are easily accessible. The apartment is situated near the station Eisenacher Strasse in the western city near Kudamm and Zoological garden, the Zoo with the world`s highest number of species. The underground line no. 7, (night -) buses and a taxi rank can be found very near your doorstep.

How to get to the flat:

The nearest motorway exit is situated 3 kilometres away - south of the flat - and will take you only a couple of minutes by car. It is called Innsbrucker Platz.

From Tegel Airport: take the bus no. 109 to the underground station (U-Bahnhof) Jakob-Kaiser-Platz, there you change into the line U7 (direction Rathaus Spandau) and get off at the U-station Einsenacher Strasse (24 minutes). From there it will take you only a couple of minutes by foot, about 50 metres.

From Hauptbahnhof (the central train station) take the S-Bahn (the urban railway) to the station Charlottenburg (9 minutes), go to the underground station Wilrmsdorfer Strasse, there change into the line U7 (direction Rudow) and get off at the station Eisenacher Strasse.

From Schönefeld Airport: take the bus X7 to the station Rudow, change into the underground line U7 and get off at the station Eisenacher Strasse (23 minutes).
