A bright, green and very quiet atrium allows you an undisturbed sleep and a recreative time. You could go for a walk at the idyllic lake Lietzensee, to the Charlottenburger Castle or shopping on the Kurfürstendamm, Wilmersdorfer Strasse, Savignyplatz or other interesting locations in Berlin.

You could easily explore the town with public transport or enjoy the manors (german: Kiez) with the numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Our Hauptstadt-Domizil (holiday flat) is ideal for trade fair guests, because trade fair area is within walking distance.

The comfortable holiday flat Hauptstadt-Domizil has two rooms with art nouveau stucco ceilings and is located in a house built in the year 1909 in the Suarezstrasse in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
The tiled and modern bathroom has a heated towel rail. Parquet floor in the bedroom, living room and corridor. The fully equipped kitchen has a laminate floor, a stove with ceramic stove tops, a microwave, an egg boiler, an electric kettle, coffee machine and a fridge with freezer.
Furthermore the flat offers cable television, a DVD-player, isolated windows and a French balcony.
