The apartment is located on the corner of Möckernstraße/Kreuzbergstraße in Berlin's Kreuzberg district. It is in the side wing of a renovated traditional Berlin tenement.

The flat has 2 rooms:
- One living- and one bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
- The bedroom has a loft bed with a double mattress and two seperate single beds, a wardrobe and two commodes.
- The living room comes with a dining table for 4 people, a comfortable soda and an armchair.
- The kitchen has a dining table for 2 people. Should the living room dining table be too small, the one in the kitchen can be extended. The fully equipped kitchen has an electonic stove with 2 hot plates and a refrigerator.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and of course warm water.

Description:
A stone's throw away you'll find the Viktoria-Park, also known as "Kreuzberg", with a lovely waterfall. An oasis of relaxation with a large children's playground and a monument from where - weather permitting - you can enjoy a spectactular view over the city.

Bergmannstraße with it's many cafés, bars, restaurants, second hand shops is just a couple of walking minutes away. There's also a laundromat, wine dealers, supermarkets, pharmacies and one of the three last remaining historical market halls in Berlin. South of Bergmannstraße in the small side streets you'll think you've gone back to centuries past: Cobblestone streets and Wilhelminian style tenements with stucco decorations.

The closest supermarkets are Kaisers (corner Großbeerenstraße), ALDI and Getränke Hoffmann on the eastern end of Kreuzbergstraße, where there's also a petrol station with an auto garage and a store for spare parts.

The Yorck cinema ist just 5 minutes away, on the corner of Großbeerenstraße and Yorckstraße.

On Möckernstraße there's the "Beach Park 61" where you can play beach volleyball on one of the open air 20 courts.

Potsdamer Platz offer numerous recreation activities, for example the IMAX and Cinemax movie theatres, a casino, shopping, the Film Museum, theatres etc. and is 2 S-Bahn stops away, or in about 15-20 walking minutes away. Take bus M19 from Yorckstraße to easily reach the famous shopping boulevard Kurfürstendamm a.k.a. "Kudamm" in about 15 minutes. During the night bus N19 goes the same route. The N84 connecting Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte with Kreuzberg during nighttime stops on the corner of Kreuzbergstraße and Katzbachstraße.
