Ihr großraümiges und helles Appartment (120 qm) liegt im ersten Stock und ist seperat über eine Treppe erreichbar. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man den Zugang zur 16 qm Terasse.Von dort und von allen Zimmern hat man einen Panoramablick auf die Berge von Mijas, die Hänge bzw. Gärten mit Orangenbäumen oder Avocadobäumen.Gleich beim Eintritt in den lichten Flur beginnt man sich wohl zu fühlen.Links kommt man in das große Bad mit Bidet und Badewanne. Ein paar Schritte weiter rechts ist das erste Schlafzimmer und weiter rechts ist die Küche mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten. Links gegenüber der Küchentür ist das Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch mit Ausgang zur Terasse. Ein weiterer Zugang zur Terasse findet sich im hinteren Teil wo auch die beiden Schlafzimmer sind.

Our Villa ´El Rocío´ is a countryhouse near by Alhaurin de la Torre, a typical spanish town with a great selection of bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The accomodation is situated on the first floor with a fantastic panoramic view and amply, bright rooms. The owners are usually on site and use the ground floor. There is a seperate access and privacy is guarnteed. There are 3 doubled bedrooms, a comfortable living room and dining area with acess to the half-covered terrace. Outside the pool is surrounded by tropical fruit trees and a lots of different flowers & herbs. Depending on the time of the year you can taste Oranges, Bananas, Figs, Avocados and other fruits directly from the tree. There are always enough mint leaves to get set into a refreshing Mojito
